How to Be Mysterious and Stand Out

Want to have a little bit of mystery to you? It could help you get girls or guys interested in you. What type of person do you admire? The shy type, or maybe the more outgoing type. Incorporate this into your own personality.

Decide who you want people to think you are. Fabricate a personality that you admire. If you want, mix up styles from different types of people.

Pretend you're not interested when others are talking. This shows people that they need to say something important to get your attention. This point will make people more interested in you and strive for your attention. Don't overdo it though! Some people might think that you're stuck up.

Stay quiet...don't talk at every opportunity.This shows people you know when to talk and when you do, you have something important to say. Don't stop talking altogether though, as no one likes a loner.

Smile as if you have a juicy secret...but refuse to tell others. Whenever someone asks you if you like someone else, smile that secret smile and say "maybe" or just leave him/her hanging.

Answer questions (if you must) with odd answers that aren't really answers at all. Like if someone asks, "How did you know that?" Simply reply, "Do you know how i know?" and then when they say "no" say "thankyou."

Observe people as if they are amusing to you.

Smile, but do not laugh at people's jokes. This also show people that they need to impress you to be noticed and their jokes, appreciated.

Tips

• Lean in and smile in pictures. Don't strike a silly pose.
• When you see your crush, make sure you give them that same smile.
• If somebody asks you a question give them an extra broad answer or do a puzzling "Maybe, maybe not..." sort of thing. For example, if somebody asks, "What is your favorite store" you could say, "Wal-mart". But which section of Wal-mart? If clothes, which kind? If tech, which tech thing? Or if someone asks you a yes or no question, perhaps leave them with a maybe. Then smile with the dark secret smile and walk off, ignoring any further questions.

• Make sure that before you do any of these steps that the people you are trying to impress are socially awkward high school students. If they are not high school students, you'll probably just be seen as really annoying and begging for attention.
